We are hiring an experienced Project Manager for a leading Design & Build / Commercial Interiors organization.
? Location: Sector 32, Gurugram
? Experience: Minimum 3 Years | Preferably 5 Years
? PROJECT MANAGER – COMMERCIAL INTERIORS
We are looking for a Project Manager with strong exposure to Grade A commercial buildings and large-scale office interior projects . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing projects from planning and execution through completion .
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Manage end-to-end execution of commercial office interior projects
▪ Plan project timelines, budgets, resources, procurement and execution activities
▪ Lead site teams, contractors, vendors and project stakeholders
▪ Ensure timely delivery within quality standards and approved budgets
▪ Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, designers and execution teams
▪ Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions
▪ Ensure compliance with safety, quality and project standards
▪ Conduct regular site reviews and provide project status updates
▪ Resolve execution-related issues and ensure timely project closure
⭐ MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
✅ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience , preferably 5 years
✅ Must have executed 20,000+ sq. ft. of office interior area in a single project
✅ Grade A commercial building experience is mandatory
✅ B.Tech from a Tier 1/2 college
✅ Stable career history – no stints below 6 months without a valid reason
? Master's degree from NICMAR/RICS preferred/required as applicable
⭐ Exposure to reputed organizations such as CBRE, JLL, Knight Frank, Colliers, DLF, Brookfield, M Moser , or equivalent companies preferred
