Plan, execute, and monitor complete civil development works.

Prepare project execution schedules and ensure timely completion.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, engineers, and vendors.

Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and work requirements before execution.

Monitor roads, drainage, sewerage, water supply, boundary walls, parks, structures, and other civil works.

Ensure work is executed according to approved quality standards.

Verify measurements, quantities, and contractor bills before submission.

Control project costs and minimize material and labour wastage.

Prepare project budgets, material forecasts, and resource requirements.

Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.

Resolve technical and execution-related issues.

Ensure proper site safety and housekeeping practices.





Maintain project documentation, progress reports, photographs, and completion records.

Coordinate final inspection, snag rectification, and project handover.
