Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of immigration-related projects, coordinating timelines, resources, and communication across internal teams and external stakeholders. Daily activities include planning project scopes, tracking progress against milestones, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to maintain quality and compliance. The role involves collaborating closely with consultants, operations, and logistics partners to ensure documentation, inspections, and client deliverables are completed on schedule.

The Project

Manager will also prepare status reports, optimize processes,



and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination
- Experience with Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables
- Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality control to verify compliance with internal and external requirements
- Proficiency in Logistics Management, coordinating documentation, workflows, and third-party services
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration with diverse teams and clients
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, operations, or a related field; project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage
- Experience in immigration, consulting, or service-oriented industries is beneficial
