As a Project Manager at Biz2X, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of complex, enterprise-scale lending platform projects for banks and NBFCs in India and international markets.This is a high-impact role combining strategic oversight and execution. Youll work closely with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful and timely project delivery aligned with customer expectations and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead full-cycle delivery of Biz2X SaaS lending implementations across large-scale financial institutions, following the standard implementation lifecycle — Discovery & Blueprint, Configuration, Integration, Custom Development (where approved), UAT, and Go-Live & Hypercare.

- Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance frameworks.

- Maintain scope discipline by routing recent requirements through a Change Request process — capturing cost, timeline, and approval impact — and flagging potential scope creep to leadership early rather than absorbing it silently.

- Keep an up-to-date dependency tracker for client-side items (approvals, data, integrations, UAT bandwidth) and proactively flag anything that puts the timeline at risk.

- Run project governance structures — Steering Committees, status reviews, and stakeholder updates — using clear status dashboards, a risk register, and a change log.

- Serve as the primary client liaison, fostering strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders, and communicating confidently with client leadership as well as day-to-day project contacts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams members including BAs, Solution Architects, Engineers, and QAs.

- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Customer Success teams, communicating project status, risks, and dependencies clearly across internal stakeholders.

- Align delivery efforts with contractual obligations, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.

- Track delivery KPIs and report progress,



risks, and mitigation plans to leadership — escalating early and transparently when needed.

- Coach and mentor delivery team members to uphold best practices and excellence.

- Oversee third-party vendors involved in project execution.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives — methodologies, frameworks, and playbooks.

What You Bring

- 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale IT or SaaS projects, preferably in fintech or banking.

- Proven track record of managing complex digital transformation programs with multiple stakeholders.

- In-depth understanding of the lending lifecycle and systems (LOS, LMS, Collections, etc.).

- Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Familiarity with risk management, delivery governance, and executive reporting.

- Hands-on with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar platforms.

- Ability to travel as needed for client engagements.
