Role Description The Project Manager role at Brick N Glass India Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Project

Manager oversees end-to-end project planning and execution for interior and construction projects, including defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients, design teams, contractors, and vendors; monitoring progress; managing budgets; and ensuring quality standards and safety compliance. The role involves conducting site visits, tracking material deliveries, resolving on-site issues, and preparing regular status reports.

The Project





Manager ensures that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in line with design intent and client expectations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track materials, follow up with vendors, and ensure timely deliveries to project sites.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify workmanship, materials, and site conditions against design specifications and quality standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize procurement, storage, and movement of materials and equipment efficiently.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in civil engineering, architecture, interior design, construction management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing interior fit-out or construction projects, preferably in corporate, residential, or retail environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Proficiency in project management and documentation tools; familiarity with design drawings and construction methodologies.
