Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory). PG/Diploma in Construction or Project Management, or a contracts qualification, is an advantage.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in building construction, of which at least 5 years in an independent Project Manager /
Construction Manager role. Minimum two completed building projects of 15–30 Cr or higher. Government / PSU /
CPWD / PWD / EPC experience strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for execution, programme, cost, quality, safety and client satisfaction for the entire project.
- Prepare and monitor the baseline programme, construction schedules, critical path, milestones and resource
deployment; issue recovery programmes where progress slips.
- Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP drawings; identify design conflicts and site constraints and drive
timely resolution.
