Role Description The Project Management Intern will support project managers in coordinating architecture and interior design projects from concept through execution. This is a full-time on-site role based in Hauz Khas, working closely with cross-functional teams to track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with project planning, preparing status reports, organizing documentation, and helping manage communication between internal teams, consultants, and clients. The intern will also help monitor project progress, identify risks, contribute to process improvements,



and support presentations and reviews for ongoing projects.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret project data, assess risks, and support decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills for explicit written and verbal interaction with project teams, consultants, and clients.
- Foundational Project Management and Project Planning skills to assist in scheduling, tracking milestones, and coordinating activities.
- Interest or basic exposure to Program Management, especially in design, architecture, or engineering environments.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, design, or a related field.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, Autocad, spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, on-site project environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work in teams, take initiative, and show curiosity about integrated design and build processes.
