Role Description The Project Management Officer at Qubixl is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role oversees project and program planning, coordinates cross-functional activities, and ensures initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, managing risks and dependencies, and preparing status reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

The Project Management

Officer collaborates closely with product, engineering, and business teams to align project execution with strategic goals and operational standards.



The role also involves refining project governance frameworks and supporting continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills to lead initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate multiple workstreams.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Budgeting capabilities to interpret data, optimize resource allocation, and maintain financial control over projects.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and present clear project updates and reports.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and proficiency in creating dashboards and documentation is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
