Experience: 6+ months in Influencer Marketing / Influencer Campaign Management

About the RolePerfX is looking for a Project Lead – Influencer Marketing who can independently manage campaign execution, coordinate with CRMs and internal teams, track project performance, and drive the team towards targets.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple campaigns, working with influencers and bloggers, analysing campaign data, following up on deliverables, solving execution challenges and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Target Management

- Plan daily project activities and set team targets.
- Review previous-day performance and track progress against project goals.
- Identify performance gaps and take corrective action to achieve targets.

CRM & Team Coordination

- Coordinate with CRMs and track daily/weekly commitments.
- Monitor productivity and ensure the team delivers committed numbers.
- Support CRMs with execution challenges and project blockers.

Influencer & Blogger Management

- Monitor influencer/blogger applications, approvals, schedules and deliverables.
- Track postings and pending deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with influencers, bloggers and CRMs throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Campaign Execution & Follow-ups

- Manage day-to-day campaign execution and ensure timelines are met.
- Follow up on pending posts, payments, schedules and other campaign requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve execution-related issues.

Content & Brand Compliance

- Review live influencer content for quality, brand compliance and campaign requirements.
- Identify high-performing or potentially viral content opportunities.
- Flag content or execution issues and ensure timely corrections.

Performance & Data Management

- Maintain accurate campaign and project trackers.
- Track Target vs Achievement, bloggers, posts, reach, engagement,



CPE, CPV, CPP and other key performance metrics.
- Ensure project data is updated accurately and on time.

Budget & Spend Tracking

- Maintain records of total project budget, spend, committed amount and remaining balance.
- Monitor campaign spends and proactively flag budget-related concerns

Performance Analysis & Forecasting

- Analyse CRM and project performance to identify gaps and risks.
- Forecast expected project achievement based on current performance.
- Recommend corrective actions to improve campaign output and efficiency.

Problem Solving & Team Motivation

- Support CRMs with difficult influencer/blogger cases and campaign issues.
- Resolve day-to-day execution challenges and escalate critical concerns when required.
- Keep the team focused on targets and improve overall productivity.

Project Growth & Reporting

- Take ownership of overall project health and campaign execution.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
- Maintain project trackers and provide regular updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign output, efficiency and growth.

Requirements

- 6+ months of experience in Influencer Marketing, Influencer Campaign Management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media campaigns.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent follow-up, problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage targets, deadlines and multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong ownership, accountability and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with campaign data and performance metrics.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
