Bhumi is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Event Management intern to join us in executing a national-level youth and social impact Award program!

If you want to build foundational skills in program operations, stakeholder management, and project execution, this is a fantastic prospect to dive right in. You will play a crucial role in managing the Bhumi Campus Awards application lifecycle from start to finish, acting as a key point of contact for colleges, applicants, and evaluation jury.

What you will do

- Applicant Support & Screening: Guide colleges and candidates through the application process, review submissions against defined criteria, and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Jury Coordination: Schedule and facilitate evaluation calls, share guidelines with jury members, and track all evaluation data.
- Operations Management: Maintain accurate trackers,



coordinate with internal teams, and identify gaps to make the judging process as efficient as possible.
