About the Role

We are looking for experienced and motivated Site Engineers (PMC) to join our ongoing Dry Dock and Sea Wall Construction Project at Car Nicobar & Port Blair.

The selected candidates will be responsible for site supervision, construction monitoring, quality control, coordination with contractors and consultants, and ensuring the proper execution of civil and marine construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and the Project Management Team.
- Monitor construction progress and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the concerned teams.




- Ensure proper execution of civil and marine construction activities as per project requirements.
- Monitor workmanship, materials, and construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Assist in reviewing drawings, method statements, and technical documents related to site execution.
- Maintain proper site records, measurements, and documentation.

Requirements

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–7 years of relevant experience in civil/marine construction projects.
- Experience in dry dock, sea wall, jetty, port, harbour, ship repair, or other marine infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Solid understanding of site supervision, quality control, construction safety, and project coordination.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Willingness to work at Car Nicobar and Port Blair project locations.
