- Supervise and execute day-to-day construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to the approved schedule.

- Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, architects, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.

- Verify and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

- Ensure quality standards are maintained through regular inspections and corrective actions.

- Monitor labor productivity and resource utilization.

- Plan material requirements and coordinate with the Purchase and Stores departments for timely availability.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

- Maintain site records, measurement books, work logs, and documentation.

- Verify subcontractor work measurements and billing.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies.

- Identify site issues, propose solutions, and report critical concerns to the Project Manager.

- Attend site meetings and coordinate with stakeholders regarding project progress.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
