Role Description The Project Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. This role involves overseeing day-to-day project execution, including coordinating with site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure work progresses according to design specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

The Project

Engineer will assist in planning project activities, preparing and reviewing technical drawings and documentation, monitoring material usage, and tracking project progress against milestones.

Responsibilities also include supporting quality checks, resolving technical issues at site, preparing reports and updates for project managers, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.



The role requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and proactive communication to keep stakeholders informed on project status.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in civil engineering principles, including structural design, construction methods, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Experience in site supervision, project coordination, and on-site problem solving.
- Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and basic project management practices.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in common engineering and office software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar tools, MS Office).
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse on-site and office teams.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Prior experience in construction or infrastructure projects in an on-site engineering capacity is an advantage.
