About the Role We're looking for a driven, target-oriented Business Development Manager to own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure for our platform
The role includes 15 days of structured classroom training with co-conduction, followed by 45 days of on-the-job training with a target of 2,00,000.
On successful target achievement, you move into the full role with an attractive CTC package.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Build relationships with event organizers, sponsors, artists, and influencers to generate business opportunities
Present platform solutions and convert prospects into customers
Close partnership deals with event organizers, including large-scale events
Expand industry network and build relationships within the events & entertainment sector
