Orgo Chem Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our leadership team.

Key Details:
Minimum Qualification: BSc, MBA
- Experience Required: 2 years
- Skills: AI Literacy, Coordination skills

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to senior executives
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Manage communications and correspondence on behalf of leadership
- Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity
- Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required

Requirements:
BSc degree (any discipline); MBA preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency with AI tools and digital productivity platforms
- Robust coordination and organizational skills




- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
