Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
Provide prompt, accurate, and professional resolutions to customer concerns
Update and maintain customer records, interactions, and case details in the CRM system
Track customer requests and ensure timely follow-ups until resolution
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
Maintain accurate documentation of all customer communications




Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service
Meet assigned response time, productivity, and customer service KPIs

Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Robust customer service and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with CRM systems is preferred.
Good problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
