About the job

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Kolkata

About the Role

Lead sales of recovered auto parts and scrap metal (ferrous/non-ferrous) generated from our RVSF facility at Kulgachia, Howrah, to dealers, traders, and industrial buyers.

Key Responsibilities
Sell scrap metal and reusable/recyclable auto parts
Identify and onboard buyers scrap traders, foundries, re-rolling mills, parts dealers, garages
Negotiate pricing based on daily market rates for ferrous/non-ferrous scrap
Build and manage a small sales team (including junior sales staff); assign targets and territories

Requirements
4+ years in sales; team-handling experience preferred
Sharp on pricing/negotiation; comfortable with daily rate fluctuations
Positive communication skills (Bengali/Hindi/English)
