About the Role

Deepika Makeup & Hair is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive who can confidently handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information about our courses and services, maintain consistent follow-ups, and help convert genuine inquiries into confirmed appointments and bookings.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong follow-up abilities, and the confidence to speak with customers over calls, Whats App, and in person .

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, Whats App messages, and inquiries professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide transparent information about courses, services, pricing, schedules, and availability .
Follow up consistently with new leads and prospective customers.
Convert qualified inquiries into consultations, appointments, course enrollments, and confirmed bookings .
Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with prospective and existing customers.
Manage customer concerns and queries and coordinate with the appropriate team member when escalation is required.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, appointments, bookings, and customer status .




Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not yet confirmed their booking.
Coordinate with trainers, artists, front-desk staff, and management to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Provide timely updates and reminders to customers regarding their appointments or courses.
Meet assigned follow-up, booking, and conversion targets .
Support the studio with other customer service and front-desk activities whenever required.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills are mandatory.
Must be fluent in Kannada and English .
Robust customer-handling, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Confident in handling phone conversations and Whats App communication .
Good follow-up and convincing abilities without being overly aggressive.
Robust organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer/lead records.
Customer support, telesales, front-desk, admissions counseling, or similar experience is preferred.
Experience in the beauty, wellness, education, academy, salon, or service industry would be an advantage.
