SLBS Marklance is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Academic Head cum Operations to manage academic activities, faculty coordination, student experience, and overall branch operations at our Vyttila branch. MALAYMA SPEAKING CANDITATES ONLY APPLY ED-TECH EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the day-to-day academic and branch operations.

/n
Plan, coordinate, and monitor academic schedules, classes, examinations, and training programs.

/n
Coordinate with faculty members, trainers, and academic teams to ensure smooth delivery of courses.

/n
Monitor faculty performance, attendance, class quality, and student feedback.

/n
Ensure effective student onboarding, academic support, and issue resolution.

/n
Track student progress, attendance, academic performance, and course completion.

/n
Maintain academic records, reports, and operational documentation.

/n
Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth branch functioning.

/n
Handle student and parent queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.

/n
Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.

/n
Ensure discipline, compliance, and professional standards within the branch.

Support student engagement, retention, placements, and overall student satisfaction.

/n
Prepare regular academic and operational reports for management.

/n

Requirements

/n

/n
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant field.

/n
10+ years of experience* in academic administration, education management, branch operations, or a similar role.

/n
Experience in managing faculty/training teams and students.

/n
Solid leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

/n
Good knowledge of academic planning and operational management.

/n
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work in a target-driven workplace.

/n
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

/n
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic reporting tools.

/n
Prior experience in the education/training industry will be an added advantage.
