Onlee Agency is growing! We craft custom, high-impact websites for startups, SMEs, and global brands. We are expanding our Rajkot team and looking for a proactive, sharp Project Coordinator to join us on-site to deliver flawless projects and build strong client relationships.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary client contact from kickoff through launch. Partner with designers, developers, and QA teams to keep projects on track and within scope. Create and update project timelines, task boards, and reports using Asana or Trello.

Translate client feedback and requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the team. Host kickoff calls, weekly check-ins, and review sessions with global and Indian clients. Flag risks early, solve roadblocks quick, and assist with post-launch handovers.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 1–2 years in project coordination, client servicing,



or digital agencies. Location: On-site full-time at our Rajkot office. Language: Fluent spoken and written English. Tools: Comfort with project tools (Asana, Trello, Google Sheets). Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once. Bonus: Basic knowledge of Word Press, Webflow, Figma, or hosting.
