GigaTorb Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, communicating with internal teams, tracking project progress, and ensuring tasks are completed within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and managing project activities.
- Track project progress and follow up on pending tasks.
- Maintain project-related documents, reports, and records.
- Schedule meetings and prepare meeting notes when required.
- Communicate project updates with team members and management.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed within the given timelines.
- Identify delays or issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Prepare and maintain project status reports.
- Support the Project Manager and other team members in day-to-day project activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Executive, or in a similar role.




- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Basic knowledge of project management processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management tools will be an added advantage.
- Problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant experience and skills will also be considered.
