Essential Qualifications: B. Tech in Biotechnology or M.Sc. in Marine Sciences / Microbiology / Biotechnology/ Life Sciences.

Desirable experience: Research experience in microalgae research laboratory

: The selected candidate will have to work on the project “CSIR-Integrated Skill Initiative.” The candidates have a positive technical writing and event management skills. The candidates will have to work in field also.

- Rs.31,000/- + HRA as applicable for those candidates who have qualified CSIR-UGC/ICAR/ICMR NET incl. lectureship/assistant professorship OR GATE OR those who have qualified National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments like DBT/DST or equivalent and/or their Agencies/Institutions.

Rs.25,000/- + HRA as Applicable for others who do not fall under (a) above. 35

Duration: These positions are purely temporary for the period of One year and may be extended up to 31/03/2030 for HCP 002502. The engagement of a project staff in different projects either in the CSIR - Central Salt & Marine Chemicals Research Institute, Bhavnagar or different Lab./Instt. of CSIR taken together shall not exceed 06 years in any case. It would, therefore, not confer any right/claim implicit or explicit for any candidate for claiming extension or absorption in CSIR-CSMCRI, Bhavnagar.
