Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical discipline

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Analyst who will act as a key point of contact between our overseas clients and internal technology teams.

The role involves understanding client requirements, translating them into clear and actionable information for the development team, coordinating discussions, and ensuring that the right information flows between the client and the technology team at the right time.

The ideal candidate should have a technical education background and be comfortable understanding software and mobile application development terminology. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with clients as well as technical teams and independently coordinate day-to-day project activities.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Requirement Understanding

Act as the primary coordination point between overseas clients and the internal technology team.

Understand client requirements, business needs, issues, and expectations.

Participate in client discussions and ensure requirements are captured accurately and comprehensively.

Ask relevant questions to clarify functional and technical requirements.

Communicate client requirements clearly to developers, QA, UI/UX and other relevant team members.

Ensure that any changes, clarifications, or decisions communicated by the client are properly conveyed to the internal team.

Project Coordination

Coordinate meetings between clients and internal project/technology teams.

Prepare discussion points and ensure relevant stakeholders are available for meetings.

Maintain proper follow-up on action items, requirements, dependencies, and pending clarifications.

Track the flow of information and ensure that project-related communication does not get delayed or lost.

Follow up with internal teams to obtain updates and communicate relevant progress to clients.

Identify gaps, ambiguities, or potential communication issues and escalate them appropriately.

Documentation & Information Management





Document client requirements, meeting discussions, decisions, action items, and change requests.

Maintain explicit and updated project documentation.

Ensure that requirements communicated to the development team are complete, accurate, and easy to understand.

Maintain proper records of client feedback and ensure the same is followed through to closure.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Background Mandatory

B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Good understanding of software development concepts and terminology.

Ability to understand technical discussions involving web applications, mobile applications, APIs, databases, integrations, etc.

Ability to understand the basic technical implications of client requirements and communicate them effectively to technical teams.

Client & Communication Skills Mandatory

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to communicate professionally with overseas clients.

Strong listening and requirement-understanding skills.

Ability to convert client discussions into clear requirements and actionable points.

Confident in participating in and coordinating client meetings.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Experience Requirements

- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Project Coordination, Business Analysis, Technical Coordination, Client Coordination, or a similar role.
- Prior experience working with US-based or other international clients is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a software development company or technology environment will be an advantage.




- Candidates who have previously worked closely with software developers, QA teams, UI/UX teams, or technical project teams will be preferred.

- Be a strong communicator who can maintain a professional relationship with clients while effectively representing the internal technology team.

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience handling US clients.
- Experience in software/web/mobile application development projects.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Basic understanding of SDLC.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Slack, Teams, or similar project management/collaboration tools.
- Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, meeting minutes, or requirement documentation.

Important Clarification About the Role

- This is a client-facing technology coordination role.
- The candidate is not expected to be a software developer, but must have sufficient technical understanding to communicate effectively with developers and understand the technical context of client requirements.
