The organization is working as a Program Management Unit (PMU) Skilling and Foreign Language, with the Govt. of NCT of Delhi for the newly launched CM SHRI Schools initiative. The role focuses on supporting the implementation of Skill Education and Foreign Language programs in alignment with NEP 2020 and NCF 2024.

The Officer will work closely with government officials, school leadership, teachers, and the internal PMU team to support program execution across multiple schools. Candidates with classroom teaching or teacher training experience will be preferred.

The role requires strong coordination, communication, data management, documentation, and problem-solving skills to ensure effective program implementation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Program Implementation & Stakeholder Coordination

- Support implementation of skill education initiatives across CM SHRI schools, including Multi-Sectoral Skill Education and Foreign Language programs.
- Support the team in developing plan of action and share inputs on program
- Coordinate with Heads of Schools (HoS), teacher coordinators, and school teams for implementation of program activities.
- Support organization of school orientations, teacher trainings, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Support teachers in understanding and implementing skill education components within the school context.
- Assist in planning and executing student exposure visits and experiential learning opportunities.
- Conduct regular school visits to monitor program implementation and follow up on action points.
- Maintain close communication with schools to ensure timely completion of program activities.
- Support planning and scheduling of student exposure activities and experiential learning opportunities.
- Support in onboarding employers for student Internships and facilitating internships for students

1. Skill Lab Setup & Infrastructure Coordination

- Support the establishment and operationalization of Multi Skill Labs in CM SHRI schools.
- Coordinate with schools to collect infrastructure readiness information including room allocation, space availability, and electrical requirements.
- Support documentation and tracking related to lab setup progress across schools.
- Liaise with vendors,



logistics teams, and school stakeholders to facilitate equipment delivery and installation.
- Maintain school-wise trackers for lab readiness, equipment deployment, and operational status.

1. Data Monitoring & Program Tracking

- Support the monitoring of program implementation through structured data collection and analysis.
- Assist in designing and managing data collection tools such as Google Forms, trackers, and dashboards.
- Track school-wise progress on program implementation, trainings, lab setup, and student participation, etc.
- Validate data received from schools and follow up for corrections or completion.
- Maintain implementation trackers to monitor timelines, milestones, and key deliverables.

1. Reporting & Documentation

- Support program documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in preparation of program progress reports, dashboards, and review presentations.
- Maintain records of implementation updates.
- Maintain documentation related to implementation plans, guidelines, SOPs, and activity reports.
- Support development and organization of implementation documents, guidelines, and SOPs.

1. Research, Insights & Program Improvement

- Support continuous improvement of program implementation through research and analysis.
- Conduct desk research on skill education models, vocational training practices, and student pathways.
- Analyze program data to identify implementation gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support documentation of best practices and learnings from schools to strengthen program design.

Requirements: Minimum Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Public Policy, Development Studies, Social Work, or a related discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in delivering and planning programs related to education or skilling,



Governmentliasoning, teaching roles.
- Prior classroom teaching experience or experience conducting teacher training will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with school education systems, skill education initiatives, or government partnerships is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams and stakeholders simultaneously.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong coordination and communication skills in Hindi and English, including the ability to engage effectively with school leaders, teachers, vendors, and government officials.
- Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple program activities across a large number of schools simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data management tools for maintaining trackers, monitoring implementation progress, and validating school-level data.
- Understanding of classroom teaching-learning practices and how students learn, along with the ability to engage constructively with teachers to support effective program implementation and enrich classroom experiences.
- Ability to collect, organize, and synthesize information from multiple stakeholders to support program monitoring and reporting.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to track timelines, follow up on action items, and ensure completion of implementation tasks.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced setting that involves field visits, coordination with schools, and resolving operational challenges.
