About the role

We are looking for someone who can sell programmatic advertising to brands and agencies. You bring the clients, we run the campaigns. This is a sales job, not a media buying job. You do not need to operate a DSP. You need to know how to find advertisers, explain what we do, and close deals.

What we sell

We run programmatic campaigns across display, video, native ads and rich media through DV360 and other DSPs. We also give advertisers access to Amazon Prime Video and Netflix ad inventory. Our pitch is simple: we handle setup, onboarding and campaign management end to end, so the client gets one team for planning, buying, optimisation and reporting.

What you will do

Find brands and agencies in India that spend money on digital advertising and bring them to us. Run your own outreach through email, LinkedIn and calls. Book meetings, present our services, prepare proposals with our team and close the deal. Once a campaign is live,



stay in touch with the client so they keep spending and grow their budget.

Log every contact and meeting in our CRM within 24 hours. Send a short weekly report every Friday on what you did and what is in the pipeline.

Who we are looking for

You have sold digital media before, ideally programmatic, video or OTT. You already know people at brands, agencies or media buying teams and can start conversations from day one. You are comfortable working without someone checking on you. You write explicit English and can explain programmatic advertising to a marketing manager who has never bought it.

If you have only worked in ad operations or media buying and have never carried a sales target, this role is not a fit.

Compensation

Fixed monthly salary, plus 6% uncapped commission on all revenue you bring in. There is no ceiling. The more you close, the more you earn.
