- Lead Strategic Projects: Own a portfolio of identified high-impact initiatives aimed at unlocking current growth opportunities. This requires discontinuous thinking and deep market understanding to identify untapped travel adjacencies and consumer needs. You will conduct rigorous opportunity sizing and work cross-functionally to build and execute these end-to-end programs.
- Elevate the Bus Operator Experience (Partner NPS):

>Design Key Account Management (KAM) programs with clear operational guidelines to help our top bus operators succeed. >Group operators based on their unique needs and build targeted strategies to help them adopt our platform features, increase our share of their business, and improve the effectiveness of our on-ground sales teams.





>Own and lead central initiatives designed to keep our partners engaged and satisfied.

- Enhance Customer Safety & Experience (Customer NPS): Own critical metrics that bridge the gap between our bus partners and the traveller. You will drive initiatives like improving live-tracking accuracy, ensuring high-quality bus photos are on the platform, driving the adoption of our internal management systems, reducing bus cancellations. Etc.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with product, tech, and regional teams to drive execution of the aforementioned charters.
