Manitham Trust is looking for a motivated Program Development Intern – Social Impact to support our education, youth development and community initiatives.
This is a hands-on prospect for someone who wants to understand how grassroots social impact programmes are planned, organised, documented and communicated.
Key Responsibilities
Programme & Event Support
- Assist in planning and organising workshops, youth programmes, awareness sessions and community events.
- Coordinate with volunteers, participants and programme teams.
- Support event logistics and on-ground execution.
- Help track programme activities and outcomes.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare programme reports, activity summaries and event documentation.
- Maintain participant records, photographs and programme data.
- Collect stories, feedback and impact highlights from programmes.
- Support preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Social Media & Communications
- Support Manitham Trust’s social media activities.
- Create and coordinate content for LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms.
- Document programmes through photographs, videos and participant stories.
- Assist in developing posts, captions, posters and impact stories.
Programme Development
- Support research and development of new youth and community programmes.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for partnerships, volunteers and community engagement.
- Contribute ideas to improve the reach and impact of existing programmes.
