Role Overview

The Program Associate will support the communication and outreach efforts of PPHF. The candidate will assist in developing and disseminating communication materials, managing social media platforms, and supporting partnership documentation and program visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Communications Social Media: Assist in creating content for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) aligned with program goals.

- Design easy creatives, infographics, and short videos

- Draft blog posts, newsletters, event write-ups, and success stories from the field.

- Support the development of IEC materials including reports, PPTs, brochures, posters, and internal communication pieces.

- Program Support: Track ongoing program activities and assist in documenting field updates and case studies.

- Coordinate with program teams for information gathering, data insights, and impact highlights.

- Assist in compiling monthly/quarterly reports with a communications lens.

- Partnerships and Outreach: Maintain a database of partner organizations, collaborators, and stakeholders.





- Support drafting partnership decks, MoUs, and event briefs.

- Assist in organizing and documenting events, workshops, or webinars conducted in collaboration with partners.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Development Communication, Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Health, Social Sciences, Social Work or a related field.

- 02 years of relevant work or internship experience.

- Good writing and editing skills in English (Hindi proficiency is an added advantage).

- Familiarity with Canva, MS Office, and basic photo/video editing tools.

- Interest in public health, development sector, or nonprofit communications.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
