About the Company

DGZ Manufacturing LLP is the dedicated production house of Flavours of Calicut, a Kerala-based brand known for traditional Malabar snacks and food products.

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Production Supervisor who can take ownership of daily production activities and ensure smooth, efficient and timely operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Manage production staff and allocate work based on daily requirements.
- Plan and monitor production targets and ensure timely completion.




- Monitor production processes to maintain consistent product quality.
- Ensure proper hygiene, food safety and workplace safety standards.
- Ensure employees follow company SOPs and production procedures.
- Monitor the usage of raw materials and coordinate with the concerned teams for requirements.
- Coordinate with the Production Head, Store, Quality and Management teams.
- Monitor machines and production equipment and report any issues promptly.
- Identify production delays, wastage or operational issues and take corrective action.
- Maintain daily production records, attendance and basic operational reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the production floor.
- Train and guide production staff on processes, hygiene and safety practices.
- Handle day-to-day production-floor issues and ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production/manufacturing supervision, preferably in the food manufacturing/FMCG industry.
- Positive team management and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage manpower and production targets effectively.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene and manufacturing processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Responsible, disciplined and hands-on approach.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and production reporting is preferred.

What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the production floor, manage people effectively and ensure that production targets are achieved without compromising on quality, hygiene or safety.
