Production Shift Incharge – Extrusion

Experience: 2–5 years (UPVC, PVC, Rubber extrusion)

Location: Sulur, Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise shift operations for UPVC, PVC & rubber lines
- Plan manpower, machines & raw material
- Monitor parameters, maintain quality, reduce scrap
- Conduct QC checks, log data, take corrective actions
- Train & mentor operators on SOPs & safety
- Coordinate with maintenance, troubleshoot issues
- Report OEE, yield, downtime to management

Required Skills

- Diploma / B.E. (Plastic/Polymer/Mechanical)
- Hands‑on extrusion experience (2–5 yrs)
- Die design & temperature controls knowledge
- Basic PLC/HMI & data recording
- Robust leadership & communication
