- Analyze production costs, material usage, labor efficiency, and overheads to identify cost saving opportunities.
- Develop and maintain standard costing models and variance analysis reports.
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and budgeting.
- Monitor manufacturing KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve operational performance.
- Support monthly and annual financial closing activities related to manufacturing costs.
- Conduct profitability analysis for products, processes, and production lines.
- Assist in capital expenditure planning and ROI analysis for manufacturing investments.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for senior management on production and cost metrics.
Qualification:
- Qualified ICWA/CMA or CA with 2+ years post qualification experience in cost analysis in large-size manufacturing setting.
- Semi Qualified CA with 7+ years will also be considered.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
