Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager with a strong background in apparel manufacturing and production line management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all production activities to ensure productive operations, high-quality output, on-time delivery, and cost-effective manufacturing. The candidate should have hands-on experience managing garment production lines, workforce planning, quality standards, and continuous process improvements within an apparel production workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities across multiple apparel production lines.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Monitor and optimize production efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization.
- Manage cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, and related garment manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with merchandising, quality assurance, maintenance, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Develop and implement production schedules based on customer orders and delivery commitments.
- Track key production metrics including efficiency, line balancing, output, rejection rates, and downtime.
- Lead production teams, supervisors, line leaders, and operators to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.




- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve workflow and performance.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, trims, and accessories required for uninterrupted production.
- Conduct regular production meetings and prepare management reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, lean manufacturing practices, and waste reduction programs.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications throughout the manufacturing process.
- Manage manpower planning, training, performance evaluation, and employee development.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in apparel manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a Production Manager role.
- Strong experience managing garment production lines in a factory environment.
- Sound knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes including cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing.
- Experience with production planning and capacity management.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, line balancing, and productivity improvement techniques.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with apparel brands and export-oriented manufacturing environments.
- Understanding of quality management systems and compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyze production data and generate actionable insights.
