With over a decade of experience, the organization operates from a 20,000 sq. ft facility equipped with adequate power, production capacity, and a dedicated team for raw material sourcing, quality control, delivery, and marketing.

At Pioneer currently produces 8–10 tons of texture products per day and is expanding capacity to support growth and corporate clients. Its product portfolio spans interior, exterior, waterproofing, and tiling solutions, offering a wide range of options tailored to diverse customer needs.

Role Description The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Falna,Rajasthan , responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations of water-based paints and related products. This role includes planning and managing production schedules, coordinating with procurement for raw materials, and ensuring optimal utilization of machinery, power, and labor.

The Production Manager will implement and monitor quality control procedures, work closely with chemists and production staff, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The position involves tracking production metrics, resolving operational issues,



supporting capacity expansion projects, and collaborating with delivery and marketing teams to meet customer demand. The role also requires continuous improvement of manufacturing methods to enhance efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Strong production management skills, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing day-to-day factory operations.
- Experience with manufacturing processes for paints, chemicals, or similar industrial products, including familiarity with water-based paint technology.
- Knowledge of quality control standards, process optimization, and safety/regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including labor, technicians, and chemists, while maintaining clear communication on the shop floor.
- Proficiency in basic production reporting, data analysis, and use of manufacturing or inventory management systems.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Relevant technical qualification such as a diploma or degree in engineering, chemistry, production management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an in office factory or plant setting; experience in the paint or building materials industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Dahanu, manage multiple priorities, and meet production targets under time and resource constraints.
