Role Description This is a full time, on-site Production Manager role based in Sadar.

The Production

Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, including planning and scheduling production, allocating resources, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and delivery standards. The role involves coordinating with engineering, procurement, and quality teams to optimize workflows, minimize downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Manager will monitor production metrics, manage shop-floor teams, resolve operational issues,



and ensure compliance with established processes and regulatory requirements. The individual will also contribute to capacity planning, cost control, and implementation of best practices to support growth in thermal management, industrial enclosure, and precision manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong production management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with precision manufacturing processes such as sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, die casting, and surface finishing.
- Knowledge of quality assurance, process control, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, 5S, Kaizen).
- Understanding of industrial safety standards and regulatory compliance in a factory setting.
- Ability to lead and mentor shop-floor teams, manage performance, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Proficiency in using production planning tools, ERP or MRP systems, and basic data analysis for tracking KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a Production Manager or similar supervisory role in engineering or industrial manufacturing is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to work on-site in Sadar and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
