Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Executive role based in Anand.

The Production

Executive will oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring that manufacturing activities meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards. The role includes planning and scheduling production, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring resource utilization to meet output targets.

Executive will work closely with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to maintain product standards, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The position also involves maintaining accurate production records, supporting audits, and contributing to process optimization in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Food Technology and related manufacturing processes.
- Candidates should possess experience in Quality Control and adherence to food safety standards.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordination with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and relevant regulatory requirements in the food and agri sector is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Prior experience in production operations within food, dairy, or agri-processing industries will be an added advantage.
