Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role based in Gujarat, India.

The Production

Manager will oversee daily production operations, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring the manufacture of electrical distribution panels and related products to meet quality, safety, and delivery targets.

Responsibilities include coordinating with design, engineering, procurement, and quality teams, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and company procedures.



The role involves supervising and guiding production staff, resolving technical and operational issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in processes and workflows.

The Production

Manager will also track production metrics, manage documentation, support audits, and contribute to cost control and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong production management and planning skills, including workflow optimization and resource allocation.
- Hands-on experience in electrical manufacturing environments, preferably with panels, automation systems, DG sets, UPS, or transformers.
- Knowledge of quality assurance, safety standards, and compliance requirements in industrial electrical solutions.
- Ability to lead and mentor diverse production teams, with effective people management and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in using production tracking tools, basic ERP or inventory systems, and MS Office applications.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose production issues and implement process improvements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with engineering, procurement, sales, and service teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in renewable energy or industrial electrical projects is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gujarat and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
