Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Production Engineer responsible for maintenance and reliability of production equipment. The candidate will ensure smooth machine operation through preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend machine breakdowns and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Monitor machine performance and improve equipment reliability.
- Implement Kaizen, CAPA, and continuous improvement projects.
- Manage critical spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and equipment history.
- Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of recent equipment.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and contractors.




- Train operators on basic machine care and autonomous maintenance practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and company standards.

Preferred Experience Hands-on experience with:

- Pacmac Tube Filling Machines
- Pampac Automatic Cartoning Machines
- Mespack Spout Filling Machines
- Liquipack Oil Filling Machines
- Self-Adhesive Labeling Machines
