Please apply if you have 2-4 + years experience in press shop , must have knowledge of audits . candidates other than press shop engineers or freshers need not apply .

- Supervise daily production on pneumatic press machines.

- Achieve production targets with minimum machine downtime.

- Set up presses, dies, jigs, and fixtures as per requirements.

- Check air pressure, stroke, and cycle time before production.

- Monitor machine performance and improve OEE.

- Perform first-off inspection and in-process quality checks.

- Reduce rejection, rework, and scrap through process improvement.

- Troubleshoot pneumatic cylinders, solenoid valves, FRL, sensors, and tooling.

- Coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.

- Maintain production,



downtime, and machine performance records.

- Implement Lean, TPM, Kaizen, and 5S activities.

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and quality standards.

- Train operators on machine operation and quality requirements.

- Support new product trials and process validation.

- Maintain ISO and IATF documentation requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
