Role Description The Production and Testing Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role involves managing production activities for monitoring and control systems, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are manufactured according to specifications, and preparing technical documentation related to production and testing.

The engineer will plan and execute testing cycles, develop and review test cases, perform functional testing, and analyze test results to identify defects or performance issues. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues,



supporting installation and commissioning activities, and collaborating with quality and design teams to implement improvements. The role also requires maintaining testing records, adhering to safety and quality standards, and contributing to process optimization for higher reliability and efficiency of solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Test Engineering and Test Execution for monitoring and control systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in designing and maintaining Test Cases for product validation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Testing and Functional Testing of hardware and software components.
- Strong understanding of electronics, instrumentation, or electrical engineering, preferably with experience in solar or industrial automation domains.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics.
- Proficiency in using test equipment and tools, and familiarity with standard testing methodologies.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams on-site.
