Role Description The Production Engineer (Electronics) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves overseeing daily electronics production activities, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of manufacturing processes for monitoring and control solutions.

The Production

Engineer will ensure that products meet quality standards, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, procurement, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities include monitoring productivity, optimizing workflows, maintaining documentation,



and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in the production line. The role also requires close interaction with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and efficient use of resources.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Production Planning for electronics or related manufacturing environments.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to diagnose production issues, optimize processes, and interpret technical and operational data.
- Experience in Quality Control, including adherence to industry standards, testing procedures, and documenting quality metrics.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and technical staff, and to prepare clear reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; diploma with relevant experience may be considered.
- Familiarity with electronics manufacturing practices, PCB assembly, test equipment, and safety standards.
- Ability to work in office in the Pune Division, manage multiple tasks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of solar or industrial automation domains (SCADA, remote monitoring) is an advantage.
