College Circle AI
Bengaluru
College Circle AI is building the Academic Intelligence Layer for the new era of education .
We are building an AI-powered learning platform that connects syllabus, classroom, questions, learning activity, and student progress to create a more personalised learning experience.
Our belief: Curiosity should never die in the classroom.
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Thinker who can look at the College Circle AI platform from end to end and constantly ask:
What is working? What is not working? What is confusing? What should exist? And how can we make the product better?
This is not a conventional QA role.
You will work across our different product lines, understand how each part of the platform works, experience it as a real user, identify problems, question product decisions, and help shape what we build next.
You will work directly with Tech, Research, Learning/Academic teams and Growth to turn observations into better product decisions and stronger versions of the platform.
What You Will Own1. End-to-End Product Experience
Understand the platform from the user's first interaction to the final outcome.
- Navigate through every major product flow.
- Check whether every button, link, menu and interaction works.
- Identify broken, confusing or unnecessary elements.
- Check navigation, layouts, pop-ups, forms and user journeys.
- Think about whether information is placed where a user naturally expects it.
For example: Should the About section be on the left or right side of the navigation? Does this button actually do what the user expects? Is this pop-up useful or simply interrupting the experience?
You will be expected to notice these details.
1. Platform Auditing
Regularly audit the complete platform.
- Test features across different user journeys.
- Check for UI/UX inconsistencies.
- Identify unexpected pop-ups, errors and broken flows.
- Review loading, responsiveness and overall usability.
- Maintain a structured list of product problems.
- Prioritise issues based on user impact.
You will help maintain a clear understanding of: What is broken → What is confusing → What is missing → What should change → What should be built next.
1. Product Thinking
Go beyond identifying problems.
We want you to think about why the problem exists and how the product should evolve .
You will
- Question existing product decisions.
- Suggest better user flows.
- Identify opportunities for current features.
- Think about simplifying complex experiences.
- Connect individual problems to larger product patterns.
- Think about how today's product can become a significantly better version tomorrow.
1. AI & Learning Experience
Because College Circle AI is an AI-first learning platform, you will also evaluate the quality of the learning experience and AI interactions .
You may examine
- What the student enters.
- What the AI produces.
- Whether the output is useful and understandable.
- Whether the learning flow makes sense.
- Whether the system is actually helping the student.
- Where personalisation can be improved.
- Where students may get confused or drop off.
You will work closely with the Research team and Learning/Academic team to understand deeper learning problems and translate those insights into product improvements.
1. Cross-Functional Product Work
You will sit at the intersection of: Product × Tech × Research × Learning × Growth
You will communicate problems to the right team, understand technical or research constraints, follow the implementation, and verify the final result.
For example
Problem identified → Analyse → Discuss with Research/Tech → Define improvement → Build → Test → Re-test → Release
What We Are Looking For

- Naturally notices things other people overlook.
- Thinks deeply about how users experience products.
- Has strong attention to detail.

- Doesn't simply report problems — they think about solutions .
- Can communicate clearly with developers, researchers and business teams.
- Is comfortable questioning existing decisions.
- Takes ownership without waiting for instructions.
- Wants to understand why a product works, not just whether it works .
You do not need to be a developer. A background in product, technology, design, business, research, analytics or user experience can be valuable.
What Makes This Role Different?
You are not being hired just to find bugs.
You are being trusted to understand the product deeply .
Your job is to become the person who knows:
What the platform is. How the platform behaves. Where users struggle. What the data and research tell us. What Tech is building. And what the product should become next. Co-Builder Opportunity
This is designed as a long-term Co-Builder opportunity , not a conventional internship.
The initial commitment is 8 months , with the opportunity to take increasing ownership as you demonstrate contribution, judgement and product thinking.
