Hiring | Senior Executive – Payroll Product Support

We’re hiring Payroll Product Support professionals for a leading Big 4 organisation in Hyderabad.

If you have experience in Payroll / Finance Operations / Accounting along with strong international voice-process experience, this could be a great chance to move into a product-focused role.

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 1–3 Years

Shift Timings: 7 PM / 8 PM / 9 PM IST

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree | Commerce / Finance preferred

Interview: In-person

What you’ll be doing:

• Handle customer interactions through voice, chat & email

- Support payroll setup, processing, troubleshooting & payment corrections

• Resolve customer issues and own cases end-to-end

- Navigate payroll workflows and provide product guidance

• Handle payroll-related queries around pay runs, taxes, deductions, payments & direct deposits

- Maintain accurate case documentation and meet QA/process standards





• Identify customer needs and support product adoption & sales opportunities

• Deliver against key metrics including Quality, CSAT & Productivity

Looking for:

- 1–3 years in Payroll, Accounting, Finance Operations, AP/AR, Billing, Employee Payments or related domains

• Experience with international voice processes

- Strong communication & customer-handling skills
- Basic–intermediate accounting knowledge
- Payroll concepts/process understanding
- CRM & multi-channel support experience

• Versant B2+ / C1 preferred
