Key Responsibilities

Act as the product expert for ULTRAVIOLETTE motorcycles (e.g., F77, X47) and provide accurate and detailed information to customers.

Explain product features, specifications, technology, performance, charging solutions and benefits in a clear and engaging manner.

Conduct product demonstrations and assist with test rides, ensuring a safe and positive experience.

Address customer queries and handle objections with confidence and professionalism.

Guide customers in selecting the right model based on their needs, usage and budget.

Work closely with the sales team to convert inquiries into bookings and deliveries.

Stay updated on product updates, recent launches, features and industry trends.

Maintain showroom display, product documentation and test ride processes.

Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up post-purchase for feedback and support.

- Represent the brand at events, activations and roadshows as required.
