JD: Product operation manager – GIFTING INDUSTRY
Job Title: Product operation manager Department: Production
Location: Gurgaon Experience: 7-12 Years
- KPI - Orders delivered before committed date, Stock liquidation, order breakage.
- KRA
- QC of all items received and dispatched
- Lowest purchase price through multiple vendor quotes
- Stock liquidation - RM & FG
- In house SLA for sampling - 1 day after confirmation
- Full kitting SLA (check product team) - 1 day after sample approval
- RM purchase SLA - 1 day after full kitting
- Within 2 days all PO against order should be released along with specs - it should clearly mention delivery date as well - it cannot be more than 3 days away from committed date
- From PO release date every 3 days photo to be uploaded of progress
- QC before dispatch from vendor
- Final product photo videos to be taken as soon as ready
- Cost approval for all products
