You will work closely with the Senior Product Manager, engineering teams and customers to ensure our product development process runs efficiently. This is an end-to-end (hardware & software) product management role, combining product development, operations, customer discovery, roadmap management, and cross-functional coordination. The role has a strong technical focus, requiring close collaboration with Backend, AI/ML, Signal Processing and Hardware engineering teams.

You should be comfortable understanding technical concepts, discussing implementation approaches with engineers and translating business requirements into technically sound product decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Senior Product Manager throughout the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional product development across Frontend, Backend, AI/ML, Signal Processing and Hardware teams.
- Be the technical product counterpart to engineering teams by facilitating discussions around requirements, implementation trade-offs and product behaviour.
- Maintain the product roadmap, backlog and feature request log.
- Manage and refine Jira epics, stories, tasks and bugs within Agile development workflows.
- Maintain project planning, including capacity-based Gantt planning.
- Conduct customer interviews and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
- Distinguish between customer requests, underlying needs, and product opportunities.
- Lead recurring product coordination meetings when required.
- Continuously improve product management processes and documentation.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering,



Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from a premier institute. A Master's degree is considered an advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, ideally complemented by prior experience in Software Engineering or another technical engineering role.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- High level of ownership and ability to work independently
- Experience working closely with software engineering teams in Agile development environments.
- Strong experience with Jira and Kanban workflows
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with both customers and engineering teams
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and SharePoint)

Technical Aptitude:

- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand software architecture and system design concepts.
- Comfortable collaborating with Backend engineers and participating in technical discussions around implementation approaches and trade-offs.
- Ability to understand APIs, databases, backend services and system interactions at a product level.
- Ability to understand technical concepts related to AI/ML, signal processing and hardware development sufficiently to facilitate product discussions.
- Comfortable translating customer and business requirements into technical requirements for engineering teams.

Nice To Have:

- Experience in healthcare technology or medical devices
- Experience with APIs, third-party integrations or connected software ecosystems.
- Product Management certification (PSPO, CSPO or equivalent)
- Experience working with distributed international teams
- Experience with Figma, Confluence or product analytics tools

Working Hours: This is a fully onsite role based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. Candidates should be available primarily during European working hours (around 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM IST), with flexibility to occasionally conduct customer interviews with US-based stakeholders.
