Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Product Manager with 8+ years of experience, preferably from the

Insurance/BFSI domain

, to drive product strategy, design, stakeholder alignment, and successful product launches. The ideal candidate should have strong

Product Management and Business Analysis (BA)

skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle

, from ideation and requirements gathering through design, development, launch, and continuous enhancement.

- Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics in alignment with business objectives.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, technology teams, and customers to gather, analyze, and finalize product requirements

.

- Apply strong

Business Analysis skills to document business requirements, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

- Conduct stakeholder discussions and workshops to identify business needs, pain points, and opportunities.

- Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, QA, and business teams to ensure successful product design and delivery.





- Drive product launches

, including readiness, stakeholder alignment, UAT, go-live, and post-launch improvements.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive products to identify opportunities for product enhancement.

- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog based on business value and customer impact.

- Track product performance and use feedback/data to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a related role.

- Strong

Insurance or BFSI domain experience is mandatory/preferred.

- Robust combination of

Product Management and Business Analysis skills.

- Experience in product design, requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and product launches.

- Strong understanding of

BRD/FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria

.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and technology teams.

- Experience working in

Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
