Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Thiruvananthapuram.

The Product

Manager will oversee the design, development, and enhancement of service offerings related to study abroad counseling and healthcare career placements. Daily responsibilities include gathering and analyzing user and market requirements, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating with counseling, marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver high-quality services. The role involves monitoring product performance, identifying areas for improvement,



and implementing data-driven changes to improve client experience and business outcomes.

The Product

Manager will also prepare documentation, coordinate launch plans, and ensure that all offerings align with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

Qualifications

- Strong product management skills, including requirements gathering, roadmap planning, and lifecycle management.
- Experience in market research, data analysis, and customer insight generation to inform product decisions.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (counseling, sales, marketing, operations, and technology) and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
- Background or demonstrated interest in education consulting, study abroad services, or healthcare recruitment is highly beneficial.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certifications in product management are an advantage.
