Who Are We?

We're the new kids on the block, but we're here to make some noise! Our DTC Beauty × Personal Care brand is shaking up the industry with multifunctional personal care products. We're not just selling products - we're cultivating a community of empowered individuals who believe that self-care can be convenient, easy, and tailored to your lifestyle.

What's Antinorm About

Our four pillars:

- Multifunctionality
- Instant solution
- Indian climate focus
- Trendy global innovations

Our Goal: Launch globally inspired products tweaked for India-specific problems that solve the day-to-day issues of India's busy women - a one-stop shop for innovative products they use daily.

About the Role

This is a foundational hire at Antinorm. As our Procurement & Supply Chain Associate, you will own the end-to-end journey of every product, from sourcing raw materials and packaging to coordinating with our contract manufacturers (CMOs) and ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time. You'll work at the intersection of procurement, planning, and vendor management, helping us scale efficiently without compromising on quality or speed.

Your Responsibilities

1. Packaging Procurement

- Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors for primary and secondary packaging (bottles, tubes, boxes, labels, inserts).
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times with packaging suppliers to optimise unit economics.
- Manage the end-to-end PO lifecycle - raise, track, and close POs ensuring on-time delivery.
- Maintain an updated vendor master with pricing benchmarks, sample status, and performance history.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure packaging specs and print files meet vendor requirements.

2.

CMO Coordination & Manufacturing

- Act as the primary point of contact for our contract manufacturing partners for day-to-day coordination.
- Share production schedules and track batch progress to ensure timely dispatch from the manufacturing end.
- Manage raw material procurement in coordination with CMOs — track ingredient availability, lead times, and safety stock.
- Facilitate quality checks and resolve issues related to batch deviations, rejections, or rework.
- Build and maintain SOPs for the brand's manufacturing and handover processes.

3. Demand Planning & Forecasting

- Work with internal teams to build monthly and quarterly demand forecasts based on sales trends, new launches, and promotional calendars.
- Translate demand forecasts into procurement plans — raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
- Monitor inventory levels across in-house storage and third-party fulfilment centres, flagging risks of overstock or stockouts.
- Track sell-through rates per SKU and adjust replenishment plans accordingly.
- Maintain a rolling supply plan to ensure at least 6–8 weeks of forward stock coverage at all times.

4. Vendor Management & Cost Optimisation

- Identify and develop alternate vendor relationships to reduce single-source dependency and improve cost competitiveness.
- Conduct periodic vendor reviews on quality, TAT, and pricing.

- Benchmark material and packaging costs against industry standards and drive cost-saving initiatives.

5. Reporting & Visibility

- Maintain real-time trackers for procurement status, CMO schedules, and inventory positions.
- Build and manage dashboards for key supply chain KPIs: fill rates, lead times, cost per unit, vendor scorecards.
- Share weekly and monthly supply chain reports with the founding team.

The Ideal Hire

- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations - preferably in a D2C, FMCG, beauty, or personal care brand.
- Hands-on experience working with CMOs or third-party manufacturers and managing packaging procurement.
- Strong grasp of demand planning fundamentals - comfortable building forecasts using sales data in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Detail-oriented with high ownership - you don't drop balls, and you proactively flag risks.
- Comfortable in ambiguity and able to build processes from scratch in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to inventory or ERP tools is a solid plus.

Antinorm Fit Check

1. High sense of ownership - you treat Antinorm's supply chain like it's your own business.
2. Tech & Automation Focus - you look for ways to reduce manual work through smart tooling and automation.
3. Data-first mindset - you make decisions based on numbers, not instinct alone.
4. Bias for action - you move fast, solve problems on the go, and escalate only when necessary.
5. Builder mentality - excited to create systems, trackers, and processes that scale with the brand.
