Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Procurement / Purchase Manager to manage procurement activities for our real-estate construction projects. The candidate should have strong experience in sourcing construction materials, vendor management, negotiations, and ensuring timely procurement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement and purchase activities for construction projects.
- Source and evaluate vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure competitive commercial terms.
- Purchase construction materials, equipment, and project-related requirements.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure timely availability of materials as per project requirements and schedules.
- Coordinate with Projects, Stores, Contracts, Finance, and other departments.
- Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, quality, and material availability.




- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Maintain proper procurement records, vendor database, and purchase documentation.
- Ensure procurement is carried out as per company policies and approved budgets.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Procurement / Purchase, preferably with a real-estate developer or construction company.
- Experience in procurement of civil, MEP, finishing, and other construction materials will be preferred.
- Strong vendor negotiation and commercial skills.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and supplier markets.
- Good communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
- Should be able to independently handle procurement activities for multiple projects.
