Role Description The Procurement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including identifying and sourcing vendors, requesting and evaluating quotations, and ensuring timely availability of goods and services for events, technology platforms, and corporate wellness programs.

The Procurement

Manager will oversee supplier evaluation and selection, lead contract negotiation and contract management, and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, maintaining accurate procurement records,



optimizing inventory levels, and implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising service standards. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies, supporting budget planning, and contributing to process improvements in the procurement function.

Qualifications

- Strong procurement and contract management skills, with experience in end-to-end purchasing processes and vendor lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in supplier evaluation and contract negotiation, including assessing vendor capabilities and securing favorable terms.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret data, compare bids, manage budgets, and make informed, cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and basic regulatory or compliance requirements related to purchasing.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with procurement or ERP software; experience in event management, sports, or wellness industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field; relevant qualified certifications in procurement or supply chain are a plus.
